Announcement PDF Interim CEO and Managing Director appointment ASX: Li3 28 October 2019 Lithium Consolidated Ltd (Li3) wishes to advise that Mr Andrew Haythorpe, who was recently appointed a director of Li3, has now been appointed to the position of acting Interim CEO and Managing Director. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, Li3 makes the following disclosures in respect of the key terms of the executive services agreement entered into for this engagement. Term of Appointment Mr Haythorpe has been appointed for an interim term and both Li3 and Mr Haythorpe may terminate the appointment on 2 months’ notice. Remuneration The remuneration payable to Mr Haythorpe will be on the basis of an annual remuneration of $240,000, inclusive of superannuation. There are no short or long term incentives that have been included in the engagement. All other terms are typical for an engagement of this type.
